Join us for the 2023 SRPE Educational Conference held on the  Las  Vegas  Strip!  Harrah's Hotel and Casino will host the event from April 12 through April 15, 2023.

  As always, there will be an open forum for all attendees and an SRPE  business meeting for members only.  Also, join us poolside on Thursday for the open social.  

You may register online up until the day of the conference. After April 7, 2023, there will be an added $25.00 late fee for registration. Onsite registration will be available during the conference.

Important Hotel Reservation Information

Please note that attendees may make reservations in the block at the group rate until Saturday, March 11, 2023.  After that time, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only. Please follow this link to make your reservations.

Please note that Harrah's charges a daily parking fee for those who park on the premises. The SRPE cannot validate parking or provide waivers for parking.

Health and Safety at SRPE 2023

While participating in events held or sponsored by the Society of Radiology Physician Extenders, Inc., (“SRPE”), consistent with CDC guidelines, participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, “social distancing” and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, SRPE has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, SRPE cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.

In light of the ongoing spread of COVID-19, individuals who fall within any of the categories below should not engage in SRPE events. By attending an SRPE event, you certify that you do not fall into any of the following categories:  

1. Individuals who currently or within the past fourteen (14) days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath among others;
2. Individuals who have traveled at any point in the past fourteen (14) days either internationally or to a community in the U.S. that has experienced or is experiencing sustained community spread of COVID-19; or  
3. Individuals who believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment.
