Rosevelt Nheik is a dedicated advocate for the radiography profession, having graduated from Polk State College in 2006 with an Associate in Science in Radiography. In addition to his Associate degree, Rosevelt holds a bachelor's degree in medical science from Emory University and a Master's degree in Radiologic Science from the University of North Carolina. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in business from California Intercontinental University, with aspirations for a leadership position in the healthcare field
Since 2021, he has collaborated with fellow Polk State alumnus Patrick Philips and Jonathan Marx to produce the podcast "Catheter Jockeys," aimed at instilling pride in the radiography profession.
Currently employed by Envision Health Systems as a radiologist's assistant at AdventHealth Tampa, Rosevelt is actively involved in clinical procedures, where he enjoys using critical thinking to solve problems and provide relief to patients. He also serves on the boards of the Society of Radiology Physician Extenders and the Certification Board for Radiology Practitioner Assistants.
